Miner or worker — a Windows/macOS powered computer or laptop that has CryptoTab Farm mining software installed on it.

Dashboard — a management and monitoring tool. Here you add miners, set the farm’s work hours, control the performance and condition of miners.

Slot — an empty slot for adding new miners to your farm. One miner per slot.

Hash rate is the speed at which a computer performs cryptographic calculations. The more hash rate you have - the faster you mine bitcoins. Hash rate is measured in hashes per second - h/s.

Demo farm is automatically created after CryptoTab Farm is installed on your phone. Connect your own miners or use Pool Miners. To add Pool Miners to your farm, purchase a subscription with the necessary number of slots.

You can do it right from the CryptoTab Farm app:

1. Go into the menu at the bottom of the app.
2. Tap SIGN UP at the bottom of the screen.
3. The app will ask you to sign up for CryptoTab Farm. Tap SIGN UP.
4. You will be transferred to the website in the browser. There you can sign up with a Google account or socials (Twitter, Facebook, VK).
5. Confirm your sign-up depending on the chosen sign-up method. Follow the hints to make it easier.

When you use the mobile app - your login credentials are stored on your phone. This makes farm login happen automatically at every CryptoTab Farm launch.

Link your farm to your CryptoTab account in order not to lose access to it. If you changed your phone and didn’t link your CryptoTab account to the farm:

• Open CryptoTab Farm app.
• Go to the menu.
• Go to Plans.
• Scroll down to tap RESTORE PURCHASES.

You can have an unlimited amount of mining farms, but there’s only one available in the demo mode.

If you have several farms connected to your CryptoTab account - you’ll be asked to log into one of them when you launch the app.

You can also switch farms in the CryptoTab Farm menu by tapping SWITCH FARM.

The app informs you about every important action on your farm:

1. Go to the menu and find the Language tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Pick a needed language from the drop-down list.

*By changing the app’s language you also change its activity log and notifications language.

None. You can install CryptoTab Farm on any Windows or macOS device regardless of its hardware configuration.

Pick an empty slot in the dashboard.

Tap SET UP and choose one of the options:

1. Tap Get ID. You’ll see a miner ID. It’ll be needed later.
2. Open https://cryptotab.farm/download/ at the computer you want to install the program to.
3. Type miner ID at the opened website page.
4. Download and install CryptoTab Farm mining software.
5. The mining process will automatically start right after the installation. Use the slider to manage mining speed. You can schedule the miner’s work hours by day of the week at the Timetable screen.
6. Enable program to autostart and computer remote access. Program autostart runs the program and starts mining right after the computer is turned on.

*In case of any errors, please repeat the installation or restart the computer. If the error repeats, please contact support.

If you have the CryptoTab Farm app on your phone:

1. Open the website on the computer you want to mine with. The website - https://cryptotab.farm/download_miner/.
2. Download, install and open the CryptoTab Farm mining program.
3. In the top right corner of the program, you’ll see the Add Miner To Farm button. Click it to open the screen with a unique QR-code.
4. Scan the code any way you like:
   • Via the CryptoTab Farm mobile app dashboard: tap the QR-code icon in the top right corner of the app. This will launch a built-in QR-scanner*.
   • You can use and third-party scanner or your phone’s camera as well
5. Confirm the addition of miner:
   • CryptoTab Farm built-in scanner: Dashboard reads the code and asks the confirmation - “Do you want to add this miner to your farm?” - click Add;
   • Any other scanner: Android suggests opening the link via browser or CryptoTab Farm app — choose the 2nd option. After that, you’ll see the app asking for confirmation — tap Add
6. The miner will appear in the Default dashboard group. Now you can move the miner to any other mining group.
7. Enable program autostart and computer remote access. Program autostart runs the program and starts mining right after the computer is turned on.

*Review access rights settings of your phone to use the CryptoTab Farm internal QR-code scanner.

Each link or ID code is created for one download only and can’t be used again.

After you use a download link for one computer - it becomes inactive, and won’t allow you to install the program again.

You automatically send a 6-digit miner ID code when you share a link, for example - using a messenger.

If you’re having troubles trying to download mining software to your computer via the download link - manually type that 6-digit code into the website’s download form

Follow animated instructions to have a clearer understanding of miner installation options.

The number of your miners you can connect is not limited. The number of connected Pool Miners is limited only by the quantity of slots in your subscription plan.

You can buy any extra slots at any time.

After you have added all computers, set up the farm using the dashboard tools:

• Combining devices into groups (mining groups);
• Setting up the mining mode for each day of the week and hour based on time zones of miners and mining groups (schedule);
• Manual adjustment of the mining speed;
• Setting up system notifications.

Mining groups help to combine devices for centralized management and for getting the relevant statistics.

Create any number of mining groups, give them names, and move miners between them for maximum efficiency and convenience.

For example:

Group 1 - “Home”: computers which my family uses;

Group 2 — “Office”: computers at work, mine, and colleagues;

Group 3 — “Servers”: a group of machines working around the clock and purchased specifically for mining.

* Initially, all devices are located in the Default group. All your miners will be there if you haven't created any mining groups yet. Unlike other mining groups, the Default group cannot be deleted.

The CryptoTab algorithm uses the idle power of the computer. Mining will be more efficient when the device is not occupied, or when processes with low resource consumption are running on it.

Knowing the load schedule of computers connected to the farm, you can create a mining schedule — adjust the speed for each day of the week and each hour. There are various speed modes available in the miner for your convenience — from 5% to 100% with a 5% step. Different speeds correspond to different colors in the scheduler. Usually, during each hour there could be only one certain speed, but if your app and miner are located in different time zones, then you may have different speeds even within one hour. In such a case, this hour in your scheduler will be highlighted not in one but in two colors.

You can set up the schedule for each device separately, or for the entire mining group. In both cases, you can adjust the settings by clicking on the menu (three dots) to the right of the device or group name. In case of using the Pool Miner, the scheduler won't apply if the Pool Miner requires user interaction.

Using the slider (both in the app and in the miner), you can manually adjust the CPU load by choosing how many CPU threads will be involved in mining.

You can as well set the mining speed in the Schedule where the load level is set as a percentage from 5 to 100%. Setting your miners more accurately according to the computers’ workloads will lead you to higher income.

If the CT Farm app and your miners are located in different time zones, set the optimal schedule for them depending on their location and local time.

In the CryptoTab Farm app, you can select convenient time zones with just one click.

The Remote control feature is needed to control the work of the miner from the Dashboard. You can set up this feature in the CryptoTab Farm miner program installed on your computer.

* If the owner of the device doesn’t allow remote control, the functionality in the Dashboard will be limited. You can only monitor this computer: view statistics, track the current mining speed and core temperature, receive notifications.

Yes, you can, but only if there are no miners in it. Move them to another group first. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

Each processor can concurrently perform several operations, which is called multithreading. A modern CPU can have from 2 to 30+ cores.

A core is a hardware processor unit that can split its performance into multiple threads (virtual cores), and thus carry out multiple coherent tasks at the same time.

So, the more cores (threads) you have, the faster your CPU works, the higher the mining speed is, and the more BTC you earn.

We choose to monitor the 4 most heavily loaded processor cores available on the computer. Usually, 4 cores are enough to alert you of system congestion.

Computer memory is divided into page blocks, and in most operating systems pages larger than 4 KB are called HugePages.

HugePages, also known as LargePages (on Windows) and SuperPages (on macOS), are an essential element for mining algorithms on the main processor of a computer. When using them, the hashrate (mining speed) increases by 20-30%.

To help slow phones work with the dashboard. Each miner sends its status update to the mobile app dashboard every few seconds. The more miners you have - the more status info and phone load they produce.

When there are many miner notifications - your phone might work slow. Our tests show that almost any phone handles it well even if you have more than 100 miners in the farm. Nevertheless, we want our product to be carried on flawlessly on any device - so we added dashboard refresh rate setting in the app.

If your phone continues to work slowly even after the dashboard refresh rate decreased - please, write your phone model and Android version to our support. Your feedback helps us make the app better.

The refresh rate can be from 0 seconds to 10 seconds inclusive. An example: you pick 5 seconds refresh rate. Miner updates are now sent to the dashboard every 5 seconds. If you choose 0 in the refresh rate slider - your dashboard will be updated with all incoming states.

1. Tap settings icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard main screen.
2. At the opened settings screen, tap slider to set up the desired refresh rate.

The default CryptoTab Farm app dashboard mode provides a lot of information about every miner. This amount of information may be excessive for someone or it may use too much dashboard space. That’s why we made a dashboard simple mode that displays only main miner stats. However, you can still see the detailed stats for every needed miner in that mode.

To enable the simple mode:

1. Tap settings icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard main screen.
2. At the opened settings screen, turn simple mode switch on.

When in simple mode tap “>” at the right side of the miner card to see all miner details.

A dark theme allows you to change the dashboard visual profile from light to dark colours.

Pros:

• Looks good (to some users)
• Saves phone’s battery (for oled screens)
• Your eyes become less tired in low light
• The app looks different. You can switch to the dark theme when the light theme becomes too familiar.

Cons:

• Someone won’t like it. That’s why you can turn it off!

How to enable the dark theme:

1. Go to the menu (the last button at the bottom button list)
2. Select the dark theme switch in the middle of the screen

That’s also how you can disable the dark theme. Default light appearance is applied when you turn off the dark theme.

By analyzing mining results, you can adjust the settings and optimize the work of your farm to increase your income.

You can see statistics both for an individual computer and for the entire mining group by selecting the desired period: day or month.

1. To view farm statistics, click the statistics icon at the bottom of the app (second from the left);
2. By default, statistics are displayed for all groups. You can select one of the groups from the drop-down list in the upper right corner;
3. Choose the period: month or day.

An alternative way to check the statistics of a device or group: click on the menu (three dots) to the right of the name.

If you have combined devices into groups and configured the schedule correctly, you will always receive up-to-date information about mining in each of the groups and will be able to form an objective profit forecast.

1. The more powerful the configuration of the computer, the bigger the amount of free resources is, and the higher the mining speed is.
2. The more miners are connected, the higher the hashrate of the farm is.
3. A well-planned miners’ schedule contributes to the efficient use of their resources and an increase in profit.

We made sure that it is convenient for you to monitor your farm, and we report in real-time about every important action.

To go to the activity log, click on the bell icon in the bottom menu.

You will see all types of activities related to your farm, but you can customize the types of notifications you want to receive as push notifications by clicking the Settings icon in the upper right corner.

The app informs you about every important action on your farm:

• Adding new miners;
• Miner activity status;
• Mining confirmation;
• Adding Pool Miner;
• Purchase relevance;
• BTC withdrawal processing status.

You can withdraw your farms' earnings to your CryptoTab account. It takes less than a minute.

From the CryptoTab balance, you can withdraw them to any Bitcoin wallet.

All types of withdrawals are always unlimited and without commissions!

A subscription purchased through Google Play or the App store renews each month automatically unless you unsubscribe. You can cancel your subscription at any time or pause it in the Android version. The total cost of a subscription is calculated based on the cost of one slot and the number of slots you purchase.

The more slots you buy at a time, the bigger your discount is!

To cancel your subscription on your Android device, follow the instructions:

1. Go to your subscriptions in the Google Play Market, or open the Menu in the CryptoTab Farm app and click Manage Subscription.
2. In the window that appears you will see your subscription plan.
3. Click the Cancel subscription button on the bottom and confirm your action.
4. Select the reason why you want to cancel your subscription (optional).
5. Confirm your action, and your subscription will be canceled.

Or you could follow Google Play Market instructions to cancel the subscription.

To cancel your subscription on your iOS device, follow the instructions:

1. Go to your subscriptions in the App Store: open the Settings app, tap your Apple ID (name or email), and choose Subscriptions, or open the Menu in the CryptoTab Farm app and click Manage Subscription.
2. In the window that appears you will see your subscription plan.
3. Click the Cancel subscription button on the bottom and confirm your action.
4. Select the reason why you want to cancel your subscription (optional).
5. Confirm your action, and your subscription will be canceled.

Or you could follow App Store instructions to cancel the subscription.

Go to Notification Settings (сlick on the bell icon at the bottom of the menu and then on the Settings icon in the upper right corner) and select which farm activities you want to receive push notifications about. All notifications are divided into groups: mining, purchases, withdrawal. You can turn on any notification that you think is important to receive. Some essential push notifications are enabled by default, but you can always turn them off.

Depending on what notifications you want, you can change settings for certain apps. To enable and disable notifications, you should do the following:

1. Tap the Settings icon.
2. Select Apps (or Application manager).
3. Scroll down and select the desired app.
4. Tap to check/uncheck Show notifications for that app.

With a Pool Miner, you can build your own CryptoTab Farm without a computer, so you don't need to install anything on your own PC. Pool miners work with CryptoTab Mining pool and will bring you the same earnings as regular miners. Many people don't have their own PC, some of them are just thinking about buying one. It is always better to know in advance how much income you are going to receive with a certain configuration so that you can plan your profit. You can simply choose the configuration for the Pool Miner, the period during which it will work, and start using it as a regular miner and getting income.

You can manage the Pool Miner in the same way as a regular one, through your dashboard. You will also receive all the same notifications as with regular miners.

Despite the fact that this miner is not on your PC, you will receive income as usual, as it happens with ordinary miners. And you can withdraw these funds normally to your CryptoTab account.

In order to add a Pool Miner, open the Purchase menu and choose the Pool Miners tab. On the screen that opens, select the desired configurations and time period, tap Add Miner. After confirmation of payment, the miner will be added to your farm. You can manage the Pool Miner in the same way as a regular one.

If you are not in the CryptoTab Farm demo mode, you can add any type of miner from the dashboard, just click Add worker.
